Straight Skirt and Peplum/Overskirt Kit!
1913 ushered in the "layered skirt" look. To achieve this look, I have designed a Straight Skirt and matching Peplum/Overskirt. I offer both pieces in a sew-it-yourself kit for $35. The kit includes cut-out fabric and complete instructions. I will make up the kit for you for an additional $35. If you would like the straight skirt lined, add another $20.
